Orders and ordering

You must be at least 18 or over to shop from hovia.com. If you are not 18 years old, you need your parent or legal guardian’s approval before submitting your purchase.

Once you have completed your purchase we will send you an order confirmation to the email address that you have provided. Your order confirmation includes a summary of the products that you have purchased, price breakdown, invoice- and delivery address, and the type of delivery you have chosen.

Delivery information

At Hovia, we offer free worldwide delivery. The following delivery timeframes encompass both production and shipping periods. Our products are produced and shipped from Liverpool or Sweden, depending on the product type you have ordered. Once your order is dispatched, the courier will send you an email containing tracking details. Please note that some countries may require local customs and duties to be paid to the courier upon or before delivery. For specific information about your country, consult your local authorities.

We typically manufacture and ship your order on the next business day.

Delivery EU: 2-5 business days

Delivery US: 2-7 business days

Delivery Rest of the World: 3-10 business days

Please be aware that orders placed during weekends and holidays (bank holidays)  will be processed on the subsequent business day.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the logistics company. However, our customer service team is always available to assist you.

Be advised that during promotional campaigns, production and delivery times may be extended.


All prices on hovia.com are displayed in the currency of your location. Please note that if you are shopping from outside the EU or the UK, your order may be subject to customs charges. For more information on this, contact your local customs authorities.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of our products may occasionally be mispriced. In such cases, we are not obligated to provide the products at the incorrect price. We will reach out to you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If we cannot contact you, or if you decide not to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the amount you have paid.


We have partnered with Adyen, a leading global payment provider, to process all transactions on our website. Adyen supports a wide range of payment methods, ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience for our customers. For select customers, we offer the convenience of paying by invoice. Eligible customers will receive an invoice by email, detailing the total amount due and payment instructions. Payment terms will be clearly stated on the invoice, and customers are required to make payments within the specified time frame. Failure to pay within the designated period may result in late fees or other penalties, as outlined on the invoice.

Wallpaper colors and images

Product images may differ from the actual product, and we cannot guarantee that the displayed image will perfectly match the wallpaper's exact color. Colors in images may also vary across different electronic devices, such as Macs, PCs, tablets, and smartphones. To ensure color accuracy, we recommend ordering a sample of your chosen wallpaper before purchasing multiple rolls. Colors may also vary depending on your chosen paper type due to the the product finish. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and imagery as needed without prior notice.

Returns and disputes

Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your parcel, which also includes custom-made wallpapers. You may still return the wallpaper if you have cut the strips apart. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@hovia.com, and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Hovia will cover the cost of the return shipping. If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, please note that Hovia will not reimburse any shipping costs or be responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during the transit. We will not issue a refund until we have received the product in its original condition and packaging.

Wallpaper must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and paperwork.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned wallpaper.

Please note that samples ordered from Hovia are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We offer samples to help our customers make informed decisions about our products and to ensure that the colors and motifs match their expectations. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sample orders.

You can cancel an order before it enters the production stage. We typically manufacture and ship orders on the next business day. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team promptly.

Hovia will not compensate for extra costs that may arise during installation, such as additional labor or materials. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation. We do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. In the event of a dispute, we will adhere to the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Unresolvable complaints

In the event of a dispute that we do not succeed in resolving, we follow the recommendations of "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden" (ARN) General Complaints Board. Any dispute must be resolved by either Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
