Fast worldwide delivery
We’ll print, dispatch and deliver your design in 3-5 working days once your payment has been confirmed. Orders coming in after 3pm GMT will be processed the following working day.
Please note that we currently don’t ship to Russia and Brazil.
How long does delivery take?
From order confirmation to the knock on your door, it only takes 3-5 working days for your wall covering to arrive in most shipping countries. We’ll keep you posted throughout the journey, providing tracking information through FedEx once your parcel is on the way.

Can I return my order and get a refund?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your mural or wallpaper. If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help you. You can contact us at contact@hovia.com or call us on 0151 708 5400.
Wall murals:
Before you complete your order, we’ll send you a preview of your design. We won’t proceed with printing until you are 100% happy with how the mural will look.
We suggest to double check you’ve provided the correct dimensions before paying for your order. If you need to amend your wall size, you can change your details before check out or contact us for support.
If, for whatever reason, you decide to return your mural, please contact our customer service team who will arrange this for you. Please note our returns window is 60 days and the item must be returned in its original condition.
Wallpaper:
Our wallpaper can be returned within 60 working days of delivery. Contact us at contact@hovia.com to request a return. Once received, we’ll check your return before issuing a refund.
